Though Gland is famous for its standing barrels, it has some very decent waves for intermediate surfers. Tigertracks is the perfect spot to fast forward your surfing skills.

Why?
The quality of the wave is perfect as it is a reef break and will take your surfing to the next level. The spot is uncrowded so you will be able to catch much more waves than you would if you surfed in a crowded spot
The spot has both left and right waves
The lefts are easier and perfect for long borders who wish to improve their turns. The rights are a bit more challenging and ideal for intermediate surfers who want to perfect their snaps and bottom turns. The rights are also barreling and are a good start to practice your barreling skills.

Live A Full Jungle Experience
We will meet at our office in Berawa, Canggu (Jalan Raya Semat No31) where our surf vans will drop you to Gland that is located in East Java. In order to get there, we will drive to Gilimanuk port in Bali and take the ferry to Ketapang port in East Java. From there Gland is very near.
You will sleep in the organised camping ground of Gland in spacious brand new tents with air mattresses. We will also provide brand new sheets, pillows and blankets. Please note that the camping ground also has shower facilities.
Every day we will pick you up, drop you to the surf spot to surf all day and will then take you back to the camping ground. The distance between the surf spot and the camping ground is less than 5 minutes (you can even walk this distance if you wish).
In the morning we will provide breakfast that you can enjoy at the restaurant just opposite the camping ground. We will then pack your lunch to eat during your surf break at the beach. At night when you are back, you will enjoy sunset barbecue next to the beach. Water and exotic fruits are also provided.
You will need to bring a good sunscreen as sun is very strong, towels, surf boards, wax for surf boards, shampoo and shower gel. We also recommend to bring long sleeve shirts and socks at night as it can get a bit chilly in the jungle.
Gland has a savannah where you can watch wild animals including buffalos, tigers and wild birds. It also has a turtle conservation centre and the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia.

Gland Is Located In East Java Next To Bali
Gland is located in Alas Purwo National Park in East Java. It is quite near Bali and you can reach the spot by car. Once you arrive to Gilimanuk port in North Bali, you can catch the ferry to Ketapang port in East Java and from there drive to the spot.
